About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end SEO activities and support website development coordination for our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of digital strategies while also identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO Management (End-to-End)

  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Plan and implement on-page SEO activities (meta tags, headers, keyword optimization, internal linking, content optimization, etc.).
  • Execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building, directory submissions, guest posts, and outreach.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and rankings.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and UX from an SEO perspective.

2. Website Development Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact between clients and internal web development/design teams.
  • Coordinate website updates, new feature requests, and issue resolution.
  • Review websites for quality, functionality, and SEO best practices before launch.
  • Ensure timely delivery of development tasks by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

3. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

4. Upselling & Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services (SEO add-ons, PPC, social media marketing, content, website enhancements, etc.).
  • Develop proposals and work with the sales team to convert opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to revenue growth from existing accounts.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals (optional but a plus).
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using SEO and analytics tools.

Key Tools Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
  • Google Ads (bonus)
  • WordPress or similar CMS
  • Excel/Sheets for reporting
