SEO Executive

InstaServ India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven and highly skilled SEO Expert with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will oversee all SEO activities, including strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, to improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content and marketing teams.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and URLs for on-page SEO.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to implement necessary improvements.
• Execute high-quality link-building and outreach campaigns (off-page SEO).
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends to keep SEO strategies current.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports and present actionable insights to internal teams or clients.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and developers to achieve SEO objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
