Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Social Media Specialist to manage and execute strategies that improve our online visibility, increase website traffic, and boost engagement across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with social media marketing skills to grow and manage our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Training the interns and short courses students.

SEO Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, internal linking, content optimization).
• Manage and build backlinks through ethical and white-hat off-page SEO tactics (guest posting, link outreach, directories).
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement solutions (site speed, mobile usability, crawl errors, structured data, indexing issues).
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Monitor SEO performance, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Manage social media accounts, respond to followers, and build community engagement.
• Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives and campaigns.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and social media management.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, keyword targeting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic website troubleshooting (plus point).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Ads and PPC campaigns is a plus.
• Experience working with eCommerce or local SEO.
• Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
