Role Overview

As an SEO Intern at PayRup, you will support our organic growth strategies by helping improve website visibility, content performance, and search rankings. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO within a thriving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities for PayRup’s services.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content structure.
• Assist in SEO audits to identify website issues, technical errors, and improvement areas.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Support the content team by providing keyword insights and optimization suggestions.
• Assist in link-building efforts, outreach activities, and competitor SEO analysis.
• Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends—especially in fintech.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and learning-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/certification in SEO or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or technical SEO concepts.
• Interest in fintech, payments, or digital services.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
