What You’ll Learn & Do

As an SEO Project Manager Intern, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to help manage and support SEO campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in SEO strategy, client communication, digital project management, and marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to discuss SEO strategy and provide campaign updates via phone and email
• Learn how to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts and digital projects
• Gain experience using website analytics tools and SEO reporting platforms
• Assist in organizing and updating project documentation and client records
• Stay informed on current SEO trends and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with internal team members to implement strategies that support client goals
• Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships
• Participate in regular team meetings, learning sessions, and one-on-one coaching

Requirements & Qualifications

• Some experience or training in digital marketing, SEO, or website design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Sales, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing industry
