SEO Project Manager (Male)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and leadership-driven SEO Project Manager – Male with a proven ability to manage multiple SEO projects, lead teams, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must have 4–6 years of experience in planning, executing, and delivering successful SEO outcomes across diverse industries. This role requires exceptional project management skills, team coordination, and the ability to ensure timely and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple client SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of SEO Executives, content writers, and link-building specialists.
• Conduct client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Allocate resources, set project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
• Perform website audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and growth opportunity assessments.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other tools.
• Create detailed monthly SEO performance reports and present insights with future action plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and evolving SEO practices.
• Resolve SEO-related challenges proactively and maintain strong decision-making ability.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of professional SEO experience with at least 1–2 years in project or team management.
• Proven experience handling multiple clients and managing SEO project pipelines.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Expert-level understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, off-page/link building & content planning.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress / Shopify.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and result-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills (client communication & reporting).
• Highly organized, responsible, and capable of multitasking under deadlines.
