About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist (3–4 Years Experience) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO and a proven track record of improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall online visibility.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies across multiple projects while collaborating with developers, writers, and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complete SEO strategies for multiple websites.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Optimize website content and structure based on SEO best practices (titles, metadata, headings, schema markup, internal links, etc.).
- Perform comprehensive Technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to:
- Crawlability and indexation
- Core Web Vitals and page speed performance
- Canonicalization and redirection
- XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and overall site architecture
- Plan and execute Off-Page SEO activities, including:
- High-quality link-building strategies
- Outreach for backlinks and guest posting
- Citations, PR submissions, and digital authority building
- Monitor daily SEO performance and track KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, rankings, and conversions.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, and cross-functional teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, progress tracking, and action plans.
- Keep up-to-date with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results or case studies.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in Technical SEO for WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or custom CMS.
- Ability to resolve Google Search Console issues, indexing errors, and technical roadblocks.
- Expertise in white-hat link-building and authority-building strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Plus Points)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website structure.
- Experience with Local SEO, including Google Business Profile management.
- Ability to optimize content using SEO writing principles.
