About the Role
Matlay is seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in running paid campaigns across social and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions are achieved.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad formats.
- Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage and allocate monthly budgets efficiently across campaigns.
- Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with digital trends, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
- Track conversions, set up pixels, and manage events using tools like Meta Events Manager and Google Tag Manager.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, lead generation, app installs, and remarketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Experience in building custom audiences, remarketing, and lookalike campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and make insights-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with SEO or email marketing is a plus (optional).
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile app marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer retention strategies.
