Job Summary

  • Strengthen the hospital’s online visibility and digital presence.
  • Drive patient acquisition through strategic SEO efforts.
  • Establish the organization as a trusted, authoritative medical source.
  • Apply deep expertise in local SEO, healthcare content strategy, and HIPAA-compliant digital practices.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and subject matter experts to develop accurate, trustworthy content.
  • Execute core SEO best practices in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Hyperlocal & Local SEO

  • Create, verify, and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) for the main hospital, satellite locations, and individual physicians or departments.
  • Optimize GBP listings with consistent NAP information, accurate services, updated hours, and relevant photos.
  • Improve visibility in the local map pack through continuous optimization.
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to patient reviews to enhance trust and reputation.
  • Conduct local competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.

2. Content Strategy & E-E-A-T Development

  • Perform keyword research focused on medical terminology, patient intent, and hyperlocal search queries.
  • Partner with doctors, clinicians, and leadership to create high-quality content (blogs, service pages, FAQs, physician bios).
  • Ensure all content demonstrates Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T).
  • Maintain medical accuracy, readability, and accessibility in all patient-facing materials.
  • Oversee content governance, ensuring consistent tone, clinical validation, and regulatory adherence.

3. On-Page & Technical SEO

  • Optimize on-page elements: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Identify and fix technical issues such as redirects, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Work with IT and development teams to implement enhancements and maintain a secure, compliant website.
  • Add structured data (schema) for services, doctors, and locations to improve search visibility.

4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to earn backlinks from credible medical organizations, universities, and news outlets.
  • Monitor backlink profile health and disavow toxic or harmful links.
  • Submit and maintain accurate information in healthcare-relevant directories and accreditation platforms.
  • Identify partnership or PR opportunities to boost authority and referral traffic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
