What You’ll Own

• Lead, mentor, and guide our SEO team to deliver measurable results
• Develop and execute winning SEO strategies across multiple markets
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and oversee on-page optimization
• Build content and keyword strategies that drive scalable organic growth
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and keep Alfonick ahead of industry shifts
• Collaborate closely with content, development, and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including team leadership
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, analytics tools, and competitive research
• A proven track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
