SERVICE ADVISOR (Automobiles/Mechanical Engineer)

• Customer interaction: Greet customers, understand their service needs, answer questions, and provide professional advice on repairs and maintenance.
• Service coordination: Prepare service orders, coordinate with technicians on job details and completion times, and manage the workflow for vehicle servicing.
• Communication: Clearly explain complex technical information, repair recommendations, and potential costs to customers.
• Sales and upselling: Recommend and promote additional services and maintenance options to customers.
• Record keeping: Maintain thorough records of all service activities.
• Follow-up: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and follow up after service is completed to ensure satisfaction.
• Problem resolution: Handle customer complaints and questions professionally.
