The Service Advisor will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between clients and the workshop team. The main duties include:

  • Receiving customer inquiries and repair orders.
  • Preparing and reporting repair requests.
  • Obtaining repair approvals from clients.
  • Recording repair progress and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Closing job orders daily.
  • Reporting carryovers and pending jobs.
  • Tracking and updating the status of each vehicle under repair.
  • Understanding technical issues to provide appropriate solutions and guidance.
  • Preparing and submitting daily reports for all assigned vehicles and clients.
