About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services by coordinating nursing, homecare, and supplies. Responsibilities include:

• • • • Rostering support staff to meet client needs

• • • • Coordinating client service requests and allocating to the appropriate teams

• • • • Liaising directly with clients, families, and external health professionals

• • • • Collaborating with occupational therapists and healthcare teams to support client care plans

• • • • Maintaining accurate records and supporting service delivery excellence

What we are looking for:

• • • • Strong organisational and communication skills

• • • • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• • • • Previous experience in rostering or service coordination (highly desirable)

• • • • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• • • • A positive attitude with a genuine commitment to community care

• • • • Background in community services or healthcare highly recommended

• • • • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards (an advantage)
