As an IT SERVICES Project Manager of DATA CENTER at Sharp Brains Ltd, your primary responsibility is to support and coordinate IT projects that involve the placement of external IT professionals or project teams within client organizations. You will work closely with clients, staffing agencies, and IT professionals to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking IT staffing or Network and Data center solutions, understanding their IT Trouble shooting needs and objectives.

Resource Allocation: Collaborate with staffing agencies or external talent providers to identify, select, and allocate IT professionals or project teams that match client requirements.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.

Resource Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for external IT resources, ensuring they have the necessary access, equipment, and training to contribute effectively to the project.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.

Resource Management: Coordinate and manage the allocation, scheduling, and availability of IT professionals to meet project deadlines.

Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback from clients to assess their satisfaction with the performance of external IT resources and project outcomes.

Contract Management: Oversee the contractual agreements between the client, staffing agencies, and external IT professionals, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Change Management: Collaborate with internal teams to manage any organizational changes associated with the addition of external IT resources or project teams.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, resource allocation, and client interactions.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and assessments of external IT resources to ensure they meet client objectives and expectations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization of project coordination workflows.

Skill Set Requirement:

Education: A bachelor's degree in IT, project management, business, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience: Several years of experience in project coordination, IT Hardware services project management, or staffing within the Networking and Data Center industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, external resources, and staffing agencies effectively.

Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with project management software, IT tools, and software development lifecycles.

Client-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing client needs, technology environments, and industry trends.

Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and support project goals.
