Profit Center responsibility for ES Maintenance and Cost Center responsibility for ES Projects and Logistic/Warehouse including functional responsibility for all team members. Plans, develops, and improves the performance of all operational activities. Ensures the highest quality standards in the execution of the work process. Provides leadership to enhance the performance of individual team members and the teams itself by leading by example, guiding and training team members towards the achievement of maximum efficiency to enhance profitability whilst not compromising quality. Strengthens the client relationship to make sure that existing maintenance contracts will be extended at expiry and FMC will be converted into AMC at expiry of FMC period. Contributes to new business by supporting the Director in the acquisition of new clients. Provides all support activities to other departments.


KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):


  • Ensures all purchase orders/contracts are assigned to respective ES and are recorded/listed in the system and provides full assistance in procurement, logistics, documentation and other operational support as per the contractual agreement with client.
  • Ensures that the correct information on each project/maintenance site is provided in a timely manner, plans and communicates with the internal/external stakeholders at all stages of the process.
  • Ensures that all works are completed to client satisfaction by monitoring daily works of each team.
  • Handles client complaints to total satisfaction.
  • Initiates/Assists in the development and implementation of business strategy, budgeting and business forecasts, proposals and presentations as needed by Maintenance or Projects.
  • Monitors and steers Profit Center/cost Center and Provides recommendations for the improvement of performance, profits and quality.
  • Attend regular meetings with customers.
  • Responsible for the evaluation of the performance of all ES Maintenance, ES Projects and Logistic/Warehouse team members.
  • Conducts interviews, tests, and suggests new hires to Director based on criteria agreed upon by the management bearing in mind a balanced mix of nationalities.
  • Provides timely and unprompted feedback to management regarding team performance, Profit Center updates and variances and submits regular reports on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Maintains accurate records of pricings, proposals, and activity reports (Work Schedules/Cases).
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated to the teams and implemented and monitored.
  • Ensures that all teams meet or exceed performance and quality standards for project/maintenance delivery.
  • Sets examples in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and commercial skills, and work habits.
