Service Dispatcher

Erickson Refrigeration LLC is a rapidly growing company that is looking for an immediate person to join our team!

This position is a crucial point of communication for our customers to determine their needs. Providing support to the technicians, communicating with management, and vendors.

As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching technicians. Communicating with customers regarding ETA’s, responding to inquiries regarding the status of jobs or repairs.

Keeping up to date on all warranty and portal requirements when applicable.

Communication with technicians before, during, and after each job. Ensuring all pertinent information or items are inside the job.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must possess a can-do attitude.

Gain and maintain and full understanding of our services

Receive and respond to a high volume of calls and emails

Computer literacy

Flexibility

Using GPS tracking software to track technicians

Provide support to the technicians

Perform well under pressure

Effectively handle multiple tasks, while being interrupted by phone calls emails etc.,

Work Well independently

Excellent communication skills

Company pays 75% of premiums for Medical/ Dental/ and Vision for employee and dependents (up to 5 people) after probationary period.

Generous PTO/Vacation/Holiday pay

Full Time- Monday through Friday 7:00 am- 4:30 pm

Pay- $27 - $30 per hour DOE

Qualifications: Dispatching 1+ years preferred or Service-related experience.
