Position: After-Sales Quality Engineer
I. Place of Residence:Dubai, United Arab Emirates/ Jeddah, KSA
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the overall development of after-sales service in the Middle East and Africa region. Coordinate with the project department and customers to clarify the scope of after-sales service, collect relevant information according to the scope, and collaborate with internal functional departments such as R&D, process, production and procurement to formulate and output external after-sales service solutions.
2. Follow up the order progress of materials and tools required for external solutions, and promptly identify and handle abnormalities during order execution.
3. Track the verification and implementation of external project solutions at the project site to ensure effective execution of the solutions.
4. Be responsible for the statistics and analysis of indicators such as customer satisfaction, customer complaint closure rate and external quality loss cost of the managed projects, and form data reports.
5. Be responsible for the compilation and summary of after-sales reports of the managed projects, as well as the collation, filing and maintenance of the project after-sales file database.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
III. Job Requirements
1. Have more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the machinery or automotive industry.
2. Possess strong organizational, planning, control and coordination capabilities, with clear logical analysis and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
3. Have good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit, as well as strong psychological pressure resistance and emotional management capabilities.
4. Be familiar with the ISO quality system; experience in the TS16949 system is preferred.
5. Proficiency in the operation of common measuring tools and various quality management tools for work.
6. Possess strong comprehensive analysis capabilities, communication and expression skills, and efficient execution capabilities.
7. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language for cross-departmental and cross-customer communication.
8. Able to adapt to frequent domestic and international business trips.
