We are looking for an inspiring and driven ServiceNow Application Management Specialist who is passionate about shaping the future of IT Service Management and Operations in a dynamic, international environment at HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.

What you can expect:

• Take over the operational responsibility for the HUGO BOSS ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) module in ServiceNow.
• Implementation of various IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) projects and requirements, taking ownership of individual work packages.
• Provide application support for the ServiceNow platform and advise departments on ITSM and ITOM-related questions and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement workflows, automations, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices for data consistency and scalability.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide insights into IT service performance and operational efficiency.

Your profile:

• 3+ years experience in similar roles
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Experience in IT Service Management processes and methodologies
• Familiar with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools
• Independent, analytical and structured working style, combined with a strong service and customer orientation.
• Confident appearance, high flexibility, as well as commitment and proactive initiative.
• Strong English skills and excellent communication abilities, even in an international context.
