This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to manage internal projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations and driving platform improvements.

Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including CSA and CAD certifications. Possess expertise in ITSM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development.
- Internal Instance Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance, including platform administration and ensuring proper maintenance. Guide experienced team members on maintenance best practices related to project management.
- Roadmap Execution: Be responsible for the successful delivery of all initiatives outlined in the Instance roadmap, ensuring projects are completed within the given timelines.
- ServiceNow Upgrades: Plan and execute seamless instance upgrades after every ServiceNow release, minimizing disruptions to business operations and maximizing the utilization of new features.
- Product Utilization: Maintain an inventory of entitled ServiceNow products and ensure the organization leverages all available features for increased value and continuous process improvement.
- Scrum Leadership: Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery, fostering a collaborative and efficient development environment.
- Internal Project Management: Manage internal projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- User Support: Address user questions and concerns promptly, ensuring swift resolution and a positive user experience regarding Internal ServiceNow based Instance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Active CSA or CAD certifications are mandatory.
- Proven experience with ITSM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development within ServiceNow.
- Experience leading and participating in Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal projects and deliver within given timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS within ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
