Requirements:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with sales cloud and service cloud.
  • Minimum of two Salesforce certifications and at least one Salesforce consultant certification.
  • Functional solution design, depending on the scenario, candidates should be able to suggest the features to be utilized from the sales or service cloud.
  • Should be able to do hands-on development and admin work.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communicating with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Good experience in Data modeling, reporting and analytics
  • Good experience in designing UX.
  • Experience in maintaining users, profiles, roles, queues, record types, and page layouts.
  • Good understanding of record-level sharing and profile permissions.
  • Good understanding of automation tools available in Salesforce, being able to select the right tool based on the given scenario.
  • Understanding how to perform the data load activities for related objects in Salesforce, like accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of governor limits.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Good BA skills (conducting discovery, writing requirements/BRS/stories, mock screens/wireframes, flow diagrams, user documentation, etc.)
  • Worked in an agile environment.
  • Be able to join immediately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Desired:

  • Experience in Integration/Middleware
  • CPQ or Field Service Lightning experience
  • Experience working with applications from AppExchange.
