We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Shadow Teacher to work with children with ADHD and Autism. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with special needs children and possess the skills to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide individualized support to students with ADHD and Autism

- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Trainings will be provided

*Salary:*

- ₹18,000 - ₹22000 per month (based on merit and experience)

*Requirements:*

- Experience working with special needs children (ADHD/Autism)

- Relevant educational qualifications and certifications.Graduates can apply as well

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
