Hiring: Shift Manager

Salary: PKR 60,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

- Safe & Cash Handling: Ensure proper shift handover, including accurate cash and file management.

- Team Management: Supervise staff attendance, grooming, and overall performance.

- Sales Oversight: Monitor and document cash, credit, and total sales.

- Refund Processing: Investigate refund cases and maintain documentation with supporting evidence.

- Staff Backup: Step in to cover shifts for absent team members as needed.

- Roster Compliance: Follow and enforce the staff schedule.

- Operational Checklists: Oversee opening procedures and ensure hygiene standards, including washroom maintenance.

- Floor Management: Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and resolve operational issues.

- Maintenance Supervision: Coordinate facility and equipment repairs, including electrical tasks.
