Shipping Coordinator Job Description

Preference for Experienced candidates with Relevant Industry Exposure Must have Knowledge for Booking FCL and Arranging Correct Docs for All Orders.

Excellent Follow Up of Orders, Tracking Containers and Docs is A Must.

Female candidate with spouse visa preferred.

To be successful as a shipping coordinator you must have excellent attention to detail.

Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints
• Checking of correct details for the required documents at destination’s clearance
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers & prepare shipping quotes for customers
• Ensure that quality and quantity of the products to meet customer satisfaction
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment’s information for records
• Any other tasks desired by the company
