The Role

  • Assist in launching promotions, bundles, campaigns, and homepage updates in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Monitor store performance and provide insights on conversion, site issues, product performance, and UX opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot front-end and back-end Shopify issues and coordinate with developers or apps as needed.
  • Maintain and audit Shopify apps and integrations to ensure efficient functionality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve Shopify workflows, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the Shopify site aligns with brand standards, accessibility best practices, and mobile-first design expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in Shopify store administration or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify (themes, collections, metafields, product management, discounting, basic Liquid understanding preferred).
  • Experience working with ERP/e-commerce integrations (NetSuite experience highly preferred).
  • Comfort working with data—Excel or Google Sheets proficiency required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large product catalogs with accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
