We’re looking for a highly skilled Shopify & Marketing Automation Integrations Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end integrations between our Shopify store, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), ZOKO, LimeSpot, Google Ads, and other marketing/CRM tools. This role requires strong technical know-how, a deep understanding of ecommerce operations, and the ability to code or configure automations across platforms to drive sales and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain integrations between Shopify, ZOKO (WhatsApp), Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LimeSpot, and CRM platforms.
• Set up automations for:
• Abandoned cart recovery via WhatsApp and Email
• VIP club onboarding via ZOKO flows
• Real-time order and product syncs across systems
• Configure Shopify Webhooks, Meta Conversions API, Facebook Pixel, and LimeSpot personalization triggers.
• Manage custom WhatsApp workflows and chatbot flows inside ZOKO using APIs and scripting logic.
• Create dynamic product recommendation engines and sales funnels using LimeSpot and ZOKO.
• Ensure GDPR/consumer data compliance across all integrations.
• Troubleshoot API errors, integration delays, and workflow breakdowns.
• Provide technical documentation and SOPs for all integrations and automations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, and ZOKO WhatsApp Business integration.
• Strong understanding of Shopify Admin API, webhooks, Liquid, and JSON-based automations.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, Conversions API, and Events Manager.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom API scripting using Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with marketing and product teams clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cosmetics or fashion ecommerce industry.
• Prior work on WhatsApp automation, lead capture funnels, and loyalty programs. Must have expertise either in ZOKO or INTERAKT, WATI - either of these
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and GA4 setup for Shopify.
• Expert in META integrations with third party applications for Ecommerce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
