Shovel operator

We are looking for a skilled Shovel Operator to operate and maintain heavy equipment used in our site operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of operating hydraulic shovels/excavators safely and efficiently to load, move, and handle materials as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shovel/excavator to load materials such as sand, gravel, rocks, and other aggregates.
• Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of the shovel before and after operations.
• Follow instructions from the site supervisor and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Ensure proper loading to avoid damage to equipment or vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the machine.
• Report any faults, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the maintenance or site supervisor.
• Comply with all company safety procedures and site regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Shovel/Excavator Operator.
• Valid UAE Operating License (Heavy Equipment / Shovel Operator License).
• Good understanding of heavy equipment safety and maintenance.
• Ability to work in different site conditions and follow supervisor instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of operating equipment for extended periods.
