Position Overview:We are seeking a highly presentable, motivated, and design-driven Showroom Designer Specialist to be the face of our showroom. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with technical design expertise and thrives in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom with a professional and welcoming presence

Guide clients through our selection of finish materials (cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, etc.)

Help clients make design selections aligned with their project goals and budget

Create 3D designs and renderings for kitchen and bathroom projects

Collaborate closely with the sales and project management teams

Maintain organization and presentation of the showroom

Follow up with leads and assist in converting showroom visits into signed projects

Qualifications:

Experience in kitchen and bathroom design (required)

Proficiency in 3D design software (such as SketchUp, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or similar)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects

Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Compensation:

Competitive base salary (depending on experience)

Commission and performance-based bonuses
