Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive (Building Materials & Quoz, Dubai, UAE

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a product expert who can provide knowledgeable guidance to our customers, build strong relationships, and drive sales within our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their project requirements, and recommend suitable products from our extensive range.
  • Provide expert advice on the applications, features, and benefits of our building materials, hardware, sanitaryware, and wood products.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using our system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all new products, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-organized, and products are correctly labeled.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with contractors, builders, interior designers, and retail customers.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Requirements & Skills:

  • MUST HAVE: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in showroom or retail sales, specifically within the building materials, hardware, or sanitary ware industry in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction products is essential. Candidates without industry-specific experience will not be considered.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Presentable, confident, and a proactive team player.
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS systems.
