We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers professionally, understanding their needs and offering appropriate products.
  • Drive sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Effectively explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers accurately.
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and efficiently.
  • Maintain store display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling if required.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and report daily/weekly sales performance.
  • Follow company sales processes, guidelines, and customer service standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (preferably in jewellery/retail).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills (billing, POS, Excel).
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and professional appearance.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
