Job Title: SHRM Trainer (Bilingual - Arabic & English)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Certified SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Trainer with fluency in Arabic and English to deliver high-quality SHRM certification training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, expertise in the SHRM curriculum, and a demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, effective training to professionals of varying experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct SHRM certification training sessions in both Arabic and English, adapting to diverse learner needs and ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment.
• Facilitate discussions, practical exercises, and case studies to ensure the content is relatable and applicable to real-world HR scenarios.
• Curriculum Adherence:
• Adhere to the SHRM-approved curriculum, providing up-to-date information on HR practices, laws, and trends.
• Prepare, customize, and update training materials to enhance understanding and relevance, using industry examples to support concepts.
• Learner Assessment & Support:
• Provide clear guidance and feedback to help learners understand complex HR topics, preparing them thoroughly for SHRM certification exams.
• Offer additional mentoring and support as needed to help participants successfully achieve their certification goals.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay informed of SHRM curriculum updates, HR trends, and best practices to ensure relevant and high-quality training.
• Gather feedback from participants to continuously enhance the training experience and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Certification:
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is required, with preference for those who have successfully passed the SHRM certification exams.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of professional experience in human resource management, with proven expertise in HR practices, laws, and strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of training experience, particularly in SHRM or related HR certification programs.
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in Arabic/ English (written and spoken) with strong communication and presentation skills in both languages.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences through interactive and learner-centered training approaches.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and virtual classroom tools (if remote sessions are required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to helping learners succeed.
