Site Administrator - Emirati

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Site Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Emirati national, you will play a crucial role in managing our office operations, ensuring smooth day to day functioning, and supporting various departments within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of office administration and site management
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance schedules
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and local regulations
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees and external parties
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • UAE national (Emirati citizenship required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
  • 3 5 years of experience in site administration or a similar role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in administrative software and systems
  • Experience in managing office operations and logistics
  • Familiarity with UAE business practices and cultural norms
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's local regulations and business environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
