Ordient Ventures Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing, multi-vertical company involved in construction, real estate, interiors, and infrastructure projects across Bangalore. We’re looking for dedicated Site Engineers to join our execution team and help us deliver quality residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution as per project schedule

• Coordinate with contractors, labor, vendors, and internal project team

• Monitor construction quality, material usage, and adherence to design & BOQ

• Prepare daily work reports (DPR), labor reports, and material updates

• Assist in client/site meetings and follow up on action items

• Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness at site

• Support in quantity take-offs and billing coordination

• Liaison with MEP team, interior team, and external vendors as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 0–2 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects

• Freshers with strong internships or site exposure encouraged to apply

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and execution sequences

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills

• Willingness to work at project sites and relocate within Bangalore as required

Location Details:

• Project sites located in North Bangalore (Yelahanka, Sadahalli, etc.) and East Bangalore (Whitefield, Hoskote, etc.)

• Candidates must be willing to relocate within Bangalore based on site allocation
