Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer with at least 7 years of experience, including hands-on exposure to ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will oversee civil engineering activities on-site, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and documents for construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to ADNOC standards, HSE guidelines, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve any technical issues arising on-site.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management.
• Assist in cost estimation, material take-offs, and planning of construction activities.
• Implement corrective actions for non-conformances and provide technical guidance to the site team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven experience in ADNOC projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
