Site Engineer

We are hiring a qualified Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of UAE project experience in the construction industry. The candidate should have solid experience in executing and supervising civil and structural works on-site and be familiar with UAE construction standards and regulations. Experience in interior fit-out will be a plus but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues and report to the Project Manager.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to site works.
