Site Engineer

Role Overview:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and timely project execution. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per the project plan.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Manage site measurements, material requirements, and stock availability.
• Monitor project progress and update the Project Manager on timelines and issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving technical challenges at site.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality guidelines, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants during inspections, audits, and handover stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in site execution (construction/interiors infrastructure preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings & technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of materials, measurements, and site management.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage field operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work extended hours based on project demands.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,531.76 - ₹50,790.95 per month
