Location: Chattarpur, Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Position: Site EngineerKey Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, architects, and structural consultants.
• Monitor work progress, quality control, and safety measures at the site.
• Maintain daily site logs, work reports, material consumption records, and labour deployment.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing BOQs and work certifications.
• Manage material inventory, ensure timely ordering, and verify quality on delivery.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure project milestones are met within timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in site execution within building construction.
• Must have prior experience working with a builder/real estate developer.
• Strong understanding of RCC, finishing work, MEP coordination, and construction drawings.
• Ability to manage contractors, timelines, and on-site resources effectively.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time on-site availability at Chattarpur.
