Site Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer for supervising day today site activities and coordinating with contractors laborers and vendors to ensure the successful execution of structural and interior works as per drawings specifications and timelines You will play a crucial role in monitoring the quality of construction materials and workmanship as well as coordinating with architects consultants and project managers for design clarifications.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling ,flooring, joinery and facade finishes.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and approved quality standards.
- Monitor sub-contractors and labor teams to ensure timely progress.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for finishing work.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors for material selection and approvals.
- Prepare work schedules
- Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness during finishing activities.
- Resolve site related issues and provide technical support when required.

Qualifications:

Diploma civil/B tech civil with minimum 2 years of experience handling big commercial / residential / high rise projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specification and Installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of quality control and safety practices
- Solid leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
