Position Summary:

Empowering Energy is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer/Architect specializing in Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and executing high-profile fit-out works, with a deep understanding of architectural finishes, coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage interior fit-out site activities, ensuring high quality, excellent finishes, and on-time project completion.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and client reports.
• Lead coordination with consultants and subcontractors across structural, MEP, lighting, accessibility, and life safety disciplines.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and product data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Supervise the execution of all architectural items including:
• Marble, Corian, and tile works
• Gypsum board and false ceiling systems
• Wooden and aluminum cladding
• Flooring, waterproofing, and glass partitions
• Integration and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure progress, quality, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounting, and company departments for material approvals, payments, and project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and code officials.
• Support the project team with technical problem-solving and design coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Interior Fit-Out specialization preferred).
• Professional Architecture License/Registration (required).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, including project execution and management of high-profile works.
• Proven expertise in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills (English required).
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.

Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Microsoft Office Suite
