Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities of civil works, including concrete, blockwork, plastering, formwork, rebar, and finishing.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Allocate work to site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adequate manpower and materials are available to meet deadlines.
- Check levels, lines, and dimensions before and during construction to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Report site progress, manpower, and resource needs to the project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Maintain site safety and enforce compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and quality inspectors for inspections and approvals.
- Solve minor site issues and escalate technical or manpower concerns to the management promptly.
- Keep records of work progress, daily reports, attendance, and any incidents or delays.
- Train and guide site workers to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with a contracting company in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with site safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- UAE valid driving license manadory
