Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate civil construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage workforce, subcontractors, and site operations effectively.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the project manager.
• Handle site inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor material usage and maintain proper documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil construction .
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
