About the Role

Redporch Nest is looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to manage site activities, ensure high-quality construction standards, and coordinate daily operations. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day site work.

Ensure all construction activities follow drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and work schedules.

Monitor material usage and maintain inventory.

Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.

Ensure tasks are completed within project timelines.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants.

Maintain safety protocols and ensure site discipline.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience.

Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
