Job Title: Site Engineer – Villa Project (Alappuzha) Location: Alappuzha, Kerala Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience --- About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our premium villa project in Alappuzha. The role requires hands-on site supervision, quality monitoring, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely execution as per drawings and standards. --- Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and suppliers. Ensure quality of work as per company standards and approved drawings. Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and track material usage. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving on-site issues. Ensure safety practices and site discipline at all times. --- Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of site experience (residential villas preferred). Strong understanding of civil works, finishing works, and site management. Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly. Good communication and problem-solving skills. --- Why Join Us?
