Site Engineer - Fit-Out

Location: UAE, Sharjah
Industry: Interior Fit-out / Construction
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience Required: Minimum 4–6 years in Fit-Out / Interior Projects
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and fit-out activities
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project schedule, progress, and manpower allocation
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and progress updates
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and verify work quality
• Manage material requests, deliveries, and stock checks
• Solve technical issues on-site and escalate major concerns
• Ensure timely coordination with MEP, civil, and finishing teams
• Attend client and consultant meetings when required
• Ensure completion of snag list and handover documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Engineering
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out / joinery works
• Strong knowledge of fit-out drawings, materials, and site procedures
• Experience in UAE fit-out projects is mandatory
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting formats
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Must be currently in UAE and available to join immediately
