Site Engineer Fit-Out / Mill Work / GC

 About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Engineer with strong experience in retail shop fit-out, GC, and millwork installations within the Gulf region, especially Dubai . The ideal candidate must be capable of reading, reviewing, and modifying technical drawings, coordinating site activities, and ensuring project execution meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations for retail shop fit-out, GC and millwork work.
• Read, interpret, and modify AutoCAD drawings when required.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs after reviewing all drawings and project details.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal workshop teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Conduct quality checks and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE and site regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Gulf region (Dubai experience is a must).
• Strong background in retail shop fit-out, GC, and millwork projects .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading + editing drawings).
• Ability to prepare material and quantity requirements (BOQ).
• Excellent site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
