Job description:- Site Engineer (HVAC)

Location : Pune

HVAC site supervisor with 1 to 2 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry.

• Technical expertise-
• Understanding & implementing project work processes, with item description based on drawings.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct regular project reviews with site engineer
• Site Management:
• Check material received on site as per requirement & Prepare delivery challan.
• If any issue arises on site ,immediately inform to Project team before client to take action.
• Follow & implement safety rules at site during execution.
• Daily reporting to Project Manager regarding site execution progress
• Material Management:
• Daily make vendors labour count entry in register & send to office for working.
• Perform material reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Vendor and Supplier Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate issues regarding vendors and suppliers to Project Manager
• Customer Management:
• No wrong behavior with client , if any issue immediately inform to project team to handle.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass / Diploma/ any Graduation
• 1 to 2 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry. Fresher will decide as per interview.
• knowledge of HVAC systems and ventilation systems.

Pay: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
