Overview
Lead the on-site electrical team, ensuring the efficient and safe installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure tasks are performed according to specifications and standards; monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety and operational guidelines; ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Team Coordination: Assign tasks to site workers and monitor their performance; guide and support team members to achieve daily objectives; coordinate with engineers and supervisors to address operational issues.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily progress and report updates to the site engineer or project manager; identify potential delays or challenges and recommend solutions; ensure timely availability of required materials and resources.
- Health and Safety: Enforce compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations; conduct regular inspections to ensure safe working conditions and proper housekeeping.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, work logs, and incidents; assist in preparing progress reports and submitting updates to supervisors.

- HR Proficiency: Train subordinates and form a cohesive team; provide leadership, coaching, and direction; delegate tasks; ensure fair distribution of work to maintain morale and motivation.
- Delivery: Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets; utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within budget and schedule; provide periodic reports detailing deviations and task execution.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that arise and escalate complex operational problems as needed.
- Quality: Establish and uphold quality requirements with effective quality control processes and specifications for products or activities.

Qualifications
- Academic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Work Experience: 6 to 10 years
