Site Foreman (BUSINESS BAY)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to plans standards and safety regulations.
• Assign tasks to site staff and monitor productivity and quality.
• Ensure all site operations follow project timelines and meet client requirements.
• Supervise interior fit-out works including carpentry electrical plumbing painting flooring gypsum works and related interior works.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce HSE standards on site.
• Handle site issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out renovation construction or interior design projects.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of interior works (carpentry MEP painting flooring etc.).
• Ability to read drawings and understand site workflows.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
