This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is not only an expert installer but also a natural leader who can manage a team, interface with clients, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

· Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for site managers, main contractors, and clients.
· Project Management & Coordination:
· Review project plans and schedules daily to ensure your team has a clear understanding of the day's goals.
· Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to the site.
· Monitor progress and report directly to the Project Manager on status, potential issues, and completion.
· Quality Control & Problem-Solving:
· Conduct rigorous quality checks on all installed products to ensure they meet design specifications, function correctly, and achieve a premium finish.
· Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges related to measurements, fit, and integration with other building trades.
· Health & Safety:
· Enforce a strict safety-first culture, ensuring all team members adhere to company and site-specific Health & Safety protocols (OSHA).
· Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Team Development:
· Mentor and train team members, improving their skills across different product types and installation techniques.
· Manage team performance and workflow for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

· Essential:
· Proven experience (5+ years) in a hands-on site installation role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
· Strong, demonstrable experience installing the following: Aluminium windows/doors, steel structures, skylights, and interior wood products (kitchens, floors).
· Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and installation manuals.
· In-depth knowledge of the correct tools, fasteners, and sealing methods for each material (wood, aluminium, steel).
· A strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety standards.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and client-facing communication skills.
· Physical fitness and a valid driver's license.
· Highly Desirable:

· OSHA 30-hour certification or similar.
· Experience with operating elevated work platforms (scissor lifts, etc.).
· Familiarity with quality control procedures and snagging/punch lists.

· Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
· Performance-based bonuses.
· Continuous training and opportunities for career progression.
· A company-provided phone and tablet.
· The chance to work on prestigious and varied projects.
