Job Description: Site Manager (Civil)

Position: Site Manager

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any graduation

Experience: 6+ months

Role Overview

Responsible for daily visits to multiple project sites, ensuring smooth execution of work, managing labour and materials, solving on-site issues, and maintaining strong coordination with workers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit multiple project sites daily and supervise ongoing work.
• Oversee and guide labour/workers to ensure tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with site workers, supervisors, and clients.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site problems quickly and effectively.
• Monitor material stock, control inventory, and coordinate for timely supply.
• Manage site machinery/equipment usage and basic maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports for all sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
