Position Overview: Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure smooth execution of work, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in residential construction and be able to coordinate effectively with the site team, contractors, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Monitor material usage, stock availability, and report shortages promptly.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and documentation.
• Inspect quality of work and raise concerns regarding defects or deviations.
• Assist engineers in verifying measurements and preparing site updates.
• Support in maintaining site cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil or relevant field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in building construction (residential preferred).
• Good understanding of construction materials and basic technical knowledge.
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow instructions from engineers.
• Knowledge of safety practices and on-site coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
